Phase 1: Initial Qualification and Assessment

  1. Application: Submit a complete application form with accurate information.
  2. Interview: Attend an interview to discuss your qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
  3. Skills Checklist: Demonstrate your proficiency in essential skills through answering our Skills Checklist form.
  4. Evaluation: Receive feedback on your performance in the interview and skills checklist.

Phase 2: Background Checks and Offer

  1. Background Checks: Complete and pass required background checks, including OIG, Sex Offender Check, Reference Check, and CNA License verification.
  2. Offer Letter: Accept or decline the job offer presented in the official offer letter.

Phase 3: Onboarding and Training

  1. Medical Requirements: Complete required medical documentation, including DLs, TB Test, SSC, and CPR certification.
  2. PCA Video and Competency Test: Successfully pass the PCA video and competency test.
  3. Virtual Orientation: Attend a comprehensive orientation covering company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  4. Welcome Letter and Employee Handbook: After receiving the welcome letter, review the employee handbook.
  5. In-person Orientation: Attend your In-Person Orientation to be schedule after your virtual orientation. This will be done in our office at 195 Pio Nono Ave, Macon, GA 31204,

  • Failure to comply with immediate work and form requirements could result in the client being assigned to another employee.
  • Successful candidates who initially fail compliance but eventually fulfill requirements will be added to the roster.
